This extra dry was slightly better than the brut version, but only by a whisker.
Surprisingly slightly sweeter than the Brut, and possessed more flavor. However, I was a bit turned off by too much air in between the bubbles, thus the sparkling fizzled off very quickly, before I can even capture a proper moment of it.
