Jacques Selosse champagnes were normally great, and they usually reflect their aged and intense styles both on the nose as well as palate (eg Initial, vintage champagnes), but this VO (Version Originale) was a bit odd style, as the aged style was only occurring on the nose, but did not have the intense flavor showing up on the palate, quite uncommon for Selosse.
瑟洛斯香槟通常喝过以后都感觉到它不一般的香味和口感，但是这个VO例外的不一般，因为那个成熟，陈年，深沉和浓厚的香味却只有在鼻子里闻到，却没有在口感找到，有点神龙见首不见尾的感觉，好像缺乏了应该有的口感，有点失望。不像是瑟洛斯香槟的风格。
