YEASTY
This bottle of Roses that I had lately was certainly aged for more than a decade as there were two giveaway clues to it: the aged yeasty nose and taste, and the obvious lack of bubbles.
However there's no secondary or tertiary flavor developed in the bottle unlike some quality champagne. As such there's no excitement, just like a normal Roses champagne. Cheers!
