SWEET RICE WINE!
Certainly like eating some form of rice dumplings, except this rice wine was like it was soaked with some molasses that resulted from being slightly overly sweet. I much appreciated the label’s warning of Demi Sec which meant semi sweet, except personally I prefer wines to be dry. However this sweetness should appeal to some Chinese, particularly those who love semi spicy food, this wine will be a decent, although not perfect, match.
