NV Louis Roederer Brut Premier

MULTIPLE ENCOUNTERS
I don’t remember how many times I drank this champagne, served in all occasions. However, one thing for sure, the champagne is very consistent with it’s character; lemony style, and the mousse is consistently abundant. I can’t find too much faults with this champagne, pretty much just enjoy the bubbles and don’t have any expectations. Cheers ?!

ENTRY LEVEL
Louis Roederer produced a range of champagnes, from entry level to connoisseur level. This was obviously an entry level, although it’s quite well made for the price. Very mushy, loads of foams and bubbles to mask the flavor. When warmed up slightly, the strong lemony character showed up. However it was still a pleasant drink to go with a variety of food. I had turkey and cranberry sauce, and this champagne still went well with the turkey!

YOUNG AND SHARP
These are simply party champagne, although it does have some characters to it and not just simply bubbles. Palate of matured ripe lemon fruits, sharp and precise, extremely young and abundance of bubbles.
