Normally the producer of a grower champagne also owns the land where the champagne is produced, thus the champagne is very terroir sensitive, as well as the vintage. Thus it's difficult to make a consistent year in, year out champagne.
Fruity nose, coupled with forest freshness and some bitter lemongrass stalk.
Another champagne with strong green apple notes although palate was quite balanced, however the content was rather flat and somehow lacked fruits.
