Normally the producer of a grower champagne also owns the land where the champagne is produced, thus the champagne is very terroir sensitive, as well as the vintage. Thus it's difficult to make a consistent year in, year out champagne.
Bouquet of floral fragrance, forest freshness and slightly yeasty. I enjoyed the softness of the content, elegant and slightly moderate fruit intensity. Decent palate and quality but not an extremely exciting champagne, perhaps due to the softness.
