Richard Hennessy Cognac
I was really honored to get to taste a Richard Hennessy side by side next to Louis XIII cognac. I will put in my review for both cognacs as both are truly heavy weight players in the market. Richard Hennessy consisted of a blend of over a hundred finest quality eaux de vie, a number of which dated back as far as the early 1800s, thus the high price tag. The taste was sharp, very spicy and extremely complex, the length was astonishing, almost endless! Definitely the best cognac out there and made Louis XIII looked like an entry level cognac!
