Was surprised that Cambodia actually produced rum! I thought most rums came from the Caribbeans. So I think perhaps Carribbeans are old world while the upcoming places are Cambodia and Thailand for the new world rum!
Don’t underestimate the Cambodia rum, it was fiery, spicy, strong and powerful. The more feminine side is the fruitiness. Strange characters as I always find rum more mellow than whiskies. This is quite the opposite!
