Secret Spot Moscatel do Douro Mais de 40 Anos
40 YEARS AGING?
I don't quite understand this dessert wine at all, why did they say they aged it for more than 40 years in the wood? That'll take a few generations to guard the barrel and make no economical sense.
ABV of 18%, nose of sweetness and dry tobacco leaves. Extremely sweet but a bit medicinal or pharmaceutical, quite chewy. Unfortunately I find that there's not enough alcohol to back up the taste.
