WHISKEY LIKE CHARACTER
Someone served me a blind glass tonight and made me guess, I'm not a big Cognac or Whiskey fan but I still have to pick my camp.
Nose of ripe and dry raisins, implying Cognac. But the palate was spicy, piercing, as well as rich mellow character, the spiciness was throwing me off as I hardly had any Cognac that had this spicy taste, thus my vote for Whiskey.
Duh! I was surprised to find it a Cognac, guess Tesseron was a modern maker of Cognac which blended in Whiskey character.
