Wanted to eat some maguro and blue fin tuna collar today, so went to a specialized store to quench my craving. Bumped into this bottle that suited my sweetness of +4 SMV, plus laughingly cheap, so done deal.
Bouquet of sweet Mellon freshness. Palate was very pleasing. It went extremely well with the fatty tuna due to the thick and lush style of the sake. It worked well with the fish oil dripping from the collar bone!?
