Verget Vire Clesse 2015 & 2016

I opened both 2015 and 2016 for comparison sake. It was a neck to neck competition, and each had its own beauty. The 2015 seemed to be more matured and fruity, whereas the 2016 was more classy and elegant. I’d say they have their own beauty in every aspect. I think quality from this Maconnais region in burgundy is respectable, and priced reasonably.
