This Baijiu at 52 degrees abv was definitely on the heavy side. I thought it might be a good pairing to the BBQ rib of fresh lamb, but was proven a fatal mistake that ruined my dinner.
The taste was way too thick and heavy that definitely caused a headache if I drank more. Luckily this was only 100 ml but that’s already unbearable. I much prefer lower abv Baijiu for sure unless it’s an aged Maotai.
