TOP 5 REASONS WHY YOU MUST TASTE THEM

1) Iconic Champagne Mastery

Dom Pérignon is a benchmark for Champagne excellence. Each vintage reflects the precise craftsmanship of the cellar master and the unique terroir of the region. Tasting these vintages is a journey through the finest expressions of Dom Pérignon, each year offering a symbol of luxury and exclusivity.

2) 39 Year Old Dom Perignon

This might be the oldest champagne you are going to taste! The exceptional vintage has an intense nose with floral nuances and an aroma of honey and fruits. The wine has fruity notes of baked apples and figs layered with post mature aromas of toast, nuts, brioche. The palate is full and energetic and finishes with a touch of sweetness. With over thirty years of aging, the bubbles in the Cuvee are moderate but refined.

3) 1996 Dom Perignon

One of the best Dom Perignons ever created!

Wine By Bok - 10/10 Stars
I rated this 10 stars based upon the potential and not the present pleasure. Had this same bottle about 3 years ago and I see that it’s aging at a glacial pace. But the champagne has tremendous upside. It probably hit the prime drinking window at 50 years old! Nose was oily, almost petrol alike. Turned tangerine zest 45 mins later. Content was fresh and young, despite not having a lot of bubbles. Loads of elegant floral taste along with manuka honey. Great potential!!!

Robert Parker - 98 Points
The brilliant 1996 Dom Perignon, which has largely disappeared from the marketplace, may be the finest young example of DP I have ever tasted. Notes of crushed rocks, honeysuckle, lemon oil, orange marmalade, and white pear provide a stunning aromatic display as well as palate impression. Great acidity and huge flavor intensity backed up by vibrant acidity make this an exquisite Champagne.

Allen Meadows Burghound - 97 Points
A distinctly reticent but elegant nose with a purity of expression that is truly impressive to experience as it's relatively high-toned and while the yeast comes up with air, it's relatively muted at present, combining with intense, precise and superbly detailed and complex flavors that culminate in an explosive and wonderfully long finish. This may very well rival the sublime '90 in time even if it's not quite as concentrated.

4) 2002 Dom Perignon Plénitude 2 (P2)

Did you know that Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2 (P2) refers to a special, rare release that has undergone an extended aging process of a minimum of 15 years of aging on the lees in Dom Pérignon's cellars. This aging process enhances the complexity, depth, and intensity of the wine.

The 2002 Dom Pérignon P2 is still a youthful wine, but it is beginning to develop appreciable complexity, wafting from the glass with notes of of iodine, warm bread, ripe orchard fruit, peach, citrus oil, smoke and peat, which in Geoffroy's words "are on the verge of aromatic over-ripeness." This is a ripe and powerful Dom Pérignon that finds its closest stylistic analogy in the 1990 vintage

5) 2015 Dom Perignon

Be the first the taste the new Dom Perigon Vintage!

The 2015 Dom Pérignon is terrific. Bright and poised, the 2015 shows terrific energy. Citrus peel, white flowers, mint, white pepper and slate all race across the palate. There's gorgeous tension and backbone here, with bright saline notes that extend the mid-palate and finish.
