Nose of fresh fizzy, when warmed up it turned intense fruits & wet tobacco leaves. Extremely fruity on the palate, intense, rich and creamy. Initially I thought it didn’t have much holding power but I was proven wrong when I continue to observe the evolution in the glass. Kudos to winemaker’s effort. (6/2017)

A rich and almost opulent champagne for lovers of mature chardonnay. As much melted butter as candied-lemon and orange character. Glides over the palate into the very silky finish, the touch of salinity creating a wonderful tension with the creaminess.
