Yummy! The nose has a lot of complex age, the palette is even more complex! It’s very unique, slowly melts in the palette like a truffle butter, with a tinge of vegetal (7/2014)
This jewel of a vineyard of seven hectares, rooted on the hillside, offered to the wind and the sun, enjoys an exceptional location and quality terroir. The vines of the Château produce wines among the best wines of France, recognized worldwide by the profession (best vintages 2009, Parker 100/100 wines classification …). The grape variety is made up of 81% Merlot and 19% Cabernet (16% Franc and 3% Sauvignon) which bring aromatic power and structure. There, the average age of the vine is between 35 and 40 years old.
