Burghound - 94 Points
I have experienced quite a bit of bottle variation with this wine as the quality has varied from outstanding to downright disappointing. The best examples are wonderfully pure and complex and this most recent example displayed no hints of sous bois either. There is excellent intensity to the round, delicious and impressively complex medium-bodied flavors that possess impeccable balance on the energetic and hugely persistent finish. For my taste, this has arrived at its apogee though it should be able to hold there for years to come. (11/2011)
