Licorice-tinged cherry, plum, tar and leather aromas and flavors are the hallmarks of this dense, muscular red. A crowd of tannins converges, but this stays balanced and fresh on the aftertaste.

A tangible headiness accompanies nuances of fresh fruit, berries, tobacco and sweet spices. This is a wine with good structure and well-balanced acidity and tannins.
