The wine has aromas of fresh dried apricots, dried orange and tropical fruits. The flavour is dominated by a mix of apricot and plum jam which fits the wine’s fruitiness well. It has a fine balance of sweetness and acidity coupled with a fresh, long-lastingtaste. Recommended with goose liver, blue cheese and chocolate desserts.
