Mid lemon and lime colour. Here the peaches are a little heavier, still white. Plump fruit through the middle, wearing a large white woolly overcoat, a little acidity behind. Not fundamentally as powerful as Folatières. (11/2021)

A cool, pure, airy and restrained nose grudgingly reveals its aromas of essence of white orchard fruit, citrus and plethora of floral wisps. The equally pure and utterly delicious middle weight flavors possess a caressing mouthfeel while displaying very fine length on the bitter lemon-inflected finish. This lovely and understated effort should also age gracefully over the next decade. *Burghound Outstanding!* (6/2022)
