Cotes du Rhone are the basic AOC wines of the Rhone region, they are dominated by Grenache for reds. Chateau Mont-Redon has been in the Abeille and Fabre families for four generations. The families are the largest landowner in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, owning around 100 hectares of the most perfectly-sited vineyards. We at Fine Wines Pte Ltd is proud to represent Mont-Redon in Singapore. This Cotes du Rhone is very approachable despite what the vintage is telling you, bouquet of bright cherries and plum, a sign of very young character. Content is young as well; energetic and lively, with fresh and chewy fruits dominating the drinking session. One of the Cotes du Rhone that I feel that I can appreciate very well and drinking it young. (07/2024)
