2023 Matias Riccitelli Kungfu Pet Nat - 750ml

Kung Fu was born from Matías Riccitelli’s vision to craft minimal intervention wines that authentically express the high-altitude terroir of Gualtallary. Embracing traditional winemaking techniques, the winery utilizes natural materials such as concrete, clay, and oak to allow gentle interaction between wine and environment.

Sourced from organically farmed vineyards at 1,400 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley, where calcareous soils dominate, the grapes are hand-harvested in small boxes to maintain integrity. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wine is bottled without filtration, fining, or added sulfites.

No herbicides or systemic chemicals are used—only agroecological practices that respect and sustain the health of the vineyards.
