The Girards cultivate vines across all three of Sancerre's major soil types, but this wine is crafted from two exceptional vineyards with Silex (flint) soils. Hand-picked from old vines, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Michel Girard meticulously crafted the wine that captures the distinctive terroir and character of Silex.
