Ruinart, founded in 1729 in Reims, is the oldest Champagne house, inspired by Dom Thierry Ruinart’s vision. Specializing in Chardonnay, its Champagnes, like Blanc de Blancs and Rosé, are celebrated for their elegance, freshness, and complexity. The house’s historic chalk cellars, or "Crayères," are UNESCO World Heritage sites, providing ideal conditions for aging.
