This sparkling wine from the Alt Penedès region in Catalonia is crafted from a blend of 40% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, and 30% Parellada grapes. It undergoes its first fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16–18ºC, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method, with an average ageing period of 24 months. In the glass, it displays a pale yellow color with green hues, fine bubbles, and a delicate white bubble ring. The nose reveals classic aromas of green apples, pears, and pineapples, complemented by ripe almond notes. On the palate, it is ample, polished, and very dry, finishing with a persistent, complex aftertaste that reflects its maturation.
