For this sensational Prosecco the Zonin Technicians vinifie the Glera grapes alone. All the vines used for its production are bred within the corporate scope of the Veneto. The vinification requires that the grapes are subjected to a delicate pressing and a soft pressing to extract only the best quality must. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for a fraction of the must while the remaining is stored at 0°C until the moment of foaming takes place in containers suitable for maintaining a pressure of about 5 atmospheres.
Distinctive notes of green apples, peaches, white flowers, lemon & lime. Light, clean, refreshing, balanced weight & texture on the palate while displaying elegance & purity of fruits.
