Quinta do Noval 10 Year Old Tawny Port - 750ml
The 10-Year-Old Tawny Port displays remarkable depth of color, complexity, and intensity of flavor. Crafted predominantly from Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Barroca, the wine is sourced equally from Quinta do Noval’s own estate vineyards—many replanted in the mid-1990s—and from long-standing suppliers of top-grade “A” category grapes. All grapes are traditionally trodden by foot in lagares, a costly and increasingly rare practice, before the wine is matured in 640-liter oak casks until bottling.

This smooth and sleek Port combines fresh fruit with good, mature nut, honey and fig flavors to be enjoyed before a meal if chilled and for dessert at a warmer temperature. Plenty of ruby in the color, with less amber than many tawnies, and accompanying fruitiness that is characteristic of Noval.
