This Cabernet Sauvignon, exclusively from our vineyards at 1100 mts, reflects the most primary characteristics of the terroir, which gives it an unusual subtlety in this variety. A solid Cabernet that is aged in barrel (50% new) for fourteen months. This wine willl please fans of oaked, full-bodied red wines that are balanced by fresh acidity. Similar to a Bordeaux, this wine pairs well with rich, hearty fare.
