WSG Food Safety Level 1 (SF)
About This Course
Equip food handlers in both retail and non-retail food establishments with the essential knowledge and skills to follow food safety and hygiene protocols, as well as to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of their premises. In Singapore, all food handlers involved in the sale or preparation of food at Singapore Food Agency (SFA)-licensed establishments must attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 (FSC L1). After passing FSC L1, food handlers are required to complete their first refresher course within five years. Subsequent refresher courses must be completed every ten years from the date of the last refresher training.
