1926 Chateau du Moulin à Vent Moulin a Vent
Inconceivable to taste a Beaujolais from 1926! A crazy night. It did survive the 92 long years! Not great to taste, but a great experience! Nose was cognac, sherry, aged tobacco, very smoky and slightly oxidized. Content was unexpectedly intense, a huge wine, almost like a port. Turned into port and sweetness before I could finish my glass.
绝对没有想到博若莱的酒可以陈年，不只是陈年，而是过了92年后还可以品尝，简直不能想象！闻一闻感觉就是陈年的白兰地酒，雪利酒，陈年的烟草味，非常浓厚的烟熏味和一点氧化味。内容根本不是我想象的淡淡的味道，而是非常浓厚和大气的酒，接近波特味道。还没有喝完一杯就已经变波特和太甜了！
