1941 Moillard Meursault
LASTING VILLAGE WINE? 村级酒的神话？
Hard to believe this bottle was produced in 1941. I searched through the net but no info on it. Plus it’s only a village level, how possible? Nose was reflecting some soft butter and stinky leather. Palate was very dry and short, leathery, amazingly fresh, very light and easy. Went well with caviars.
很难相信这瓶酒是在1941年生产的，找遍互联网都没有什么信息。这个村庄级别的老酒肯定创造神话了！鼻子粘满了柔和的奶油味和臭皮革味。内容非常干燥，而且回味短，皮革，容易入口也轻松，我很惊讶回味这样年轻，绝对不像是一款老酒。配合鱼子酱很不错。喝了这么多老酒，这瓶我实在有点怀疑到底是不是1941年出产的？尤其是村级酒，根本没有可能存活77年！
