1950 Haut Brion Pessac Leognan
My first ever 1950 Bordeaux wine! I personally uncorked the wine, the moment I touched the cork, I already knew it was on a great condition. Nose of very typical Haut Brion of wet earth. Palate was with exceptionally high acidity, fruits were all hiding behind the acidity. After some air, the acidity was lower and the fruits showed up, it was quite a bold and big fruit!
我有生以来第一次喝到1950年的波尔多，而且是我喜欢的侯伯王。我用了我的开酒神器，碰了酒瓶塞我就知道这瓶酒的状况非常好。鼻子的香味非常侯伯王的湿泥土味。内容非常高的酸度，而果味就躲在酸度的背后。一阵子后酸度消失了，果味非常勇猛！
