Doubt anyone can find this label of Cos d'Estournel anymore, which I believe was the last vintage bottled by negociant before the mass bottling in the chateau.
In terms of quality, it didn't quite matched the chateau bottling which I had about 2 years ago (perhaps it's the life in the bottle).Was very medicinal on the nose. Although it was in excellent condition, relatively rich with loads of tea leaves, wasn't as complex as the bottle I previously had which was not even ready to drink!

I had a 61 night, the lineup Cos, Ch Margaux, Clinet, La Conseillante. Apart from Cos, a bit too acidic & felt unready, the other 3 were mind blowingly good. Clinet stood up against LC & Margaux. This is the best Margaux I ever had. LC is worth mentioning coz it's like a matured lady, very elegant, balanced & not an ounce of fat. Awesome night!
