You can imagine a fragile grape like Pinot Noir to be able to keep it for 56 years was already a miracle, so don’t set your expectations too high, as it’s difficult to produce miracles! Nose was a bit Port alike initially, but turned fragrant in the glass after a while. Palate was initially slightly fruity, but turned softer over time, not bad.
黑皮诺葡萄品种是一种很脆弱的葡萄品种，更不用说经过了56年的陈年。能够喝已经是幸运之极了，所以不要期待勃艮第的酒能够跟波尔多的酒相比。香味初初有点波特那种葡萄牙酒味，过一阵子香味反而出现了，复活了！口感一开始也不怎么样，有点橱柜的味道，不过也复活了，过一阵子也变得温柔了，还是不错的经历。
