Look at the right bottle with only 2/3 bottle left. I opened this bottle right in front of my customers, with shaking hands, as the ullage was so bad. But let me tell u something I have learned today low ullage is NOT a sign of bad wines so long as your provenance are good! This bottle survived, dry cupboard & woody on the nose, the palette was complex, superbly long and multi dimensional, loads of dry lavender and dry leaves, superb finish. Low ullage? Not s problem for me at all!
