1966 Cheval Blanc Saint Emilion
Pardon me for the rundown label. I can't sell it so I have to drink it. I always think that in the 60s, Cheval Blanc Saint Emilion's style is very roller coaster. I had both the 64 & 67 and they all tasted so big like an American wine, but then the 66 & 69 were very good. Loads of tomato leaves on the nose, perfumed. It's a really pleasant wine on the palette, along with matured fruits. It still felt young to me at all aspect. Still can age for at least a few more decades.
