1968 Armagnac Castarede
ALMOST COGNAC 接近白兰地
Armagnac was just another type of Cognac, thus it behaved like one. Nose was almost a blend of whiskey and cognac, with smoky, choky, slight raisins and coffee. Palate was sharp and attacking, dry and coffee taste. Vintage didn’t play a big role with Armagnac as I can’t really tell the difference.
雅文邑是一种接近白兰地的酒，所以它的特性非常接近白兰地。鼻子的香味就是威士忌混合了白兰地，烟熏，呛，一点干葡萄味和咖啡味。酒体非常尖锐而且很有攻击性，很干燥，带有浓厚的咖啡味。我个人感觉年份的雅文邑跟没有年份的差别不大，我个人暂时喝不出分别，也可能不经常喝雅文邑，所以不熟悉。
