Let me be bold about older L'evangile they're like Beatles songs, never die. I have tasted so many old L'evangile vintages, from '50s to '80s, they've got huge holding power and they always possessed the youthful character, despite of vintage!
Although I'm not so impressed with this 71, it was still decent. Nose of chemicals, varnish, charred pork shoulder. The content keeps evolving, from woody and thin to gaining weight to become heavy weight, and finally explosive! Amazing evolution!
