1971 La Conseillante Pomerol

Year in, year out, regardless of vintage. La Conseillante outperform. This 71 was quite an average vintage, I heard only Trotanoy did very well. Surprisingly this one was full of life, nose of dry flowers, slight soy sauce and smoke. Palate was fresh with lively berries, potpourri, and amazingly mellow. This was aged but definitely not old!
不用看年份而能不令你失望的波尔多葡萄酒不多， 康赛隆庄园当之无愧。这个71年虽然只是个普通的年份，但是康赛隆的水准真的不错。这瓶酒充满了活力和生命。一开瓶就是干花香，一点酱青味和轻微的烟熏味。口感很新鲜，还可以感觉到轻松的果味，而且非常柔顺。这叫做陈年的美酒，但是绝对不老！
