Du Tertre, even as of today's standard, was still light and thin on fruits, so it was the same 40 years ago with this bottle today. Very faint aged leather nose, coupled with tree bark, light violet and floral fragrance. Body was thin on fruits, pleasant and easy to drink, certainly on the downhill right now and way past its prime.
