1975 Chateau Latour Pauillac
Perfect bottle of so many Latour 75 I have drank in the past. Drinking it next to a Cheval Blanc Saint Emilion 75, it was tough deciding which was the winner. A friend described this as gayish, claiming that it has all the male gentleman characters like power, masculine style, but also carrying some ladies like characters like easily melt in the mouth, so easy to drink type of wines, pleasant characters. I also get some butter notes on top of tobacco and tobacco leaves tonight. What a treat!
