A 38 year old wine with brownish and orangy tinge on color. At first the nose appeared tired, but with the second and third swirl, the wine began to open. Hints of soya sauce, with quite a bit of sherry like tones, showing its age proudly.
Medium body wine with cherry and strawberry fruits. Surprisingly although appearing light in the mouth, this wine remains in balance, offering structure with layers of complexity. The concentration to the wine was important, to not miss out the elegant notes which was subtle.
