1980 Mouton Rothschild Pauillac

SLOW PACE 慢的节奏
Initially was going to write this off as the weakest wine in the tasting due to the lightness in fruits and the palate being slightly diluted and flat compared to the others. But I gave it a 2nd chance. Glad I did! Nose of dark fruits, spice, smoky meat and vanilla. Palate had smooth and elegant tannins with balanced acidity. Finish is way better than when it started!
