1981 Bodegas Faustino I Gran Reserva
Spanish wines aged extremely well, even low end wines like this gave a lot of pleasure. I must say cheap and good! This vintage gave you a glimpse of how a Spanish wine aged. Nose was really mild. Content was so easy to drink, superb balance and super pleasant. The tannins were totally integrated, and in fact I didn’t detect much oak in the body of this wine.
