1982 Clerc Milon Pauillac
CHEAP MAN'S MOUTON
This title used to go to Lynch Bages, but unfortunately Lynch Bages price has gone through the roof when people discovered how good it was. Fear not, I found a replacement here, introducing the fifth growth property Clerc Milon which was not far away from Mouton Rothschild.
This had some resemblance of Mouton 82. Typical Pauillac nose of old leather jacket and mushrooms. Fruits turned really robust and rich after 30min in decanter, bold and chunky. Mouton was more Fruity and layered.
