Can’t expect much out of a 36 year old burgundy. It was great while it was alive and right out of the bottle. Soft and silky, but it quickly turned ugly; in less than 30 mins, hawthorn showed up, and nose quickly turned Port character. Very nice palate to start, soft and friendly. It lasted about an hour before it turned hawthorn and ultimately rubber.
对红布根第不能有太多的期待，尤其是一瓶36年的酒。刚开始非常好，鼻蕾非常温柔和丝一般，但是不到半个小时却走下坡了，换来山楂味和波特味。口感稍微好一些，入口柔和，平易近人。一个多个小时后才走下坡，然后变山楂味，更糟糕的是后来变成了塑胶味，不堪忍睹！

EXAM REPLACEMENT
We were prepared on the replacement of Clos des Lambrays, it's just that I was a bit surprised the purchase of such wine came from Morey St Denis went heads on with my bottles. I later found out that the competitor was the neighboring county of Clos de Tart.
1982 was surprisingly charming, sweet strawberries with ripeness, and slightly animal on the nose.
Body took sometime to warm up. Initially harsh, tight and young, but turned feminine over time. Turned out to be very charming.
