ALMOST PERFECT
In a tasting of RP100 wines, this one came in as the consensus choice as the wine of the night, however it was still a step away for attendees to declare this as a perfect wine!
Nose full of cherries, a sip and I don't really liked it, as it was full of sour cherries. However it was surface with the sourness, it quickly faded off and replaced by red fruits, with very aged and savory character, very cherry driven, with orange peel. At 15min, it was muscular yet mellow, suddenly stunning.
