1985 Chateau d'Yquem Lur Saluces Sauternes
DRY WHITE 干白贵腐酒
d’Yquem was not a one trick pony. They also produced very decent dry whites that’s of exceptional quality and drink ability. I paired it with some spicy local food and it went well. Nose of extremely dry pineapples. Palate was slightly sweeter than a Bordeaux Blanc, but this has good length and depth, very balanced.
吕萨吕斯酒堡不只是出产闻名的黄金的贵腐酒，它们的干白葡萄酒（带了一点贵腐酒）也是一流的。我今晚配了一碟比较辣的本地菜，感觉不错，可以搭档辣味。闻起来就是干菠萝味。喝起来就是感觉很热带水果的味道，虽然比其他波尔多的干白稍微甜一点，但是绝对有宽度和深度，非常平衡。绝对值得喝！
