1985 Chateau Montrose Saint Estephe
IMPRESSIVE PURITY..
I have to confess I have never been a Montrose fan. Only the 59 impressed me, and I didn't even liked the 90 which is a RP100 wine. This 85 has a great charm on top of the normal character of St Estephe wines like tea leaves and concentrated fruits, this Montrose has extremely PURE fruits, very clean, very neat. I am starting to enjoy this Montrose!
